This will have the greatest level of depth of all the levels of building survey and is often most useful for old homes or those build with more complex materials, and expected to have inherent issues.

Level 1 Condition Surveys
A detailed inspection of a property’s overall condition, covering all aspects of the property and providing insight as to what maintenance or repair works may be needed.
Level 2 Homebuyers Surveys
A more in-depth condition analysis including a valuation of required remedial work and more extensive review of areas such as roof spaces and drainage systems. Commonly required for pre-purchase scenarios.
Level 3 Building Surveys
