Level 1 Condition Surveys
A detailed inspection of a property’s overall condition, covering all aspects of the property and providing insight as to what maintenance or repair works may be needed.
Level 2 Homebuyers Surveys
A more in-depth condition analysis highlighting key defects, urgent issues and a more extensive review of areas such as roof spaces and drainage systems. Commonly required for pre-purchase scenarios.
Level 3 Building Surveys
This is a full RICS Building Survey and is the most extensive option to understand all aspects of defects, repairs and maintenance. Most common for large or older properties, deemed likely to have more complex issues.
