What types of surveys do you offer?
We provide three RICS-accredited condition reports…
Level 1 Condition Report for general condition checks on modern properties.
Level 2 Homebuyer Report includes repair advice and market value insight.
Level 3 Building Survey is a detailed, structural examination suited to older, larger, or complex buildings.
Do you use thermal imaging or damp meters?
Yes! We include thermal imaging and moisture detection as standard on all relevant surveys—at no extra cost. It offers deeper insight into hidden issues like heat loss and moisture ingress.
How quickly will I get my report?
Most reports are delivered FIVE working days of the survey date for RICS surveys and 48 hours for specialist surveys. In some cases, we can get it to you the same day where possible.
Are you fully independent?
Absolutely. We’re not tied to estate agents, builders, or lenders—meaning our survey and advice are 100% independent and always focused on your best interests.
What happens after the survey?
Once you receive your RICS-compliant report, we offer complementary follow-up support. We’ll talk you through the findings, clarify any concerns, and discuss any recommended next steps.
Do you cover my area?
We operate across South East England—including London, the Home Counties, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, and more. If you’re unsure, just give us a call.
Is the survey legally binding?
Our surveys provide a professional assessment and valuable guidance—but are not legally binding documents. They are however RICS-compliant and widely accepted by solicitors and mortgage lenders.
L1 Condition Surveys
A thorough inspection examining the property’s overall condition, potential issues, and highlighting maintenance or repair needs across all key components.
L2 Homebuyer Surveys
This comprehensive report reviews the property’s condition, identifies necessary repairs, and inspects structural elements, drainage, and roof spaces before purchase.
L3 Building Surveys
Our most comprehensive property survey covers structural integrity, hidden defects, and extensive maintenance guidance throughout the property.
Retrofit Assessments
Evaluate your property’s energy efficiency and readiness for upgrades, ensuring compliance with retrofit standards and helping reduce long-term energy costs.
Home Energy Plans
Tailored plans to improve your home’s energy performance, including upgrade recommendations, cost-benefit analysis, and potential energy savings.
Thermographic Surveys
Using thermal imaging technology, we detect heat loss, insulation issues, damp, and hidden defects not visible during standard inspections.
Insulation Inspections
A thorough assessment of loft, wall, and floor insulation to ensure your home meets energy efficiency standards and minimises heat loss.
Heat Loss Surveys
Pinpoint areas of inefficiency in your building’s thermal envelope, helping you reduce energy bills and improve overall comfort.
Damp Surveys
Accurately diagnose sources of damp within a property, including rising damp, penetrating damp, and condensation, with expert recommendations for treatment.
Mould Inspections
Identify and assess mould growth and its causes including ventilation or moisture issues. Essential for maintaining healthy indoor air quality.
Timber Surveys
Inspect wooden structures for signs of rot, insect infestation, or structural damage, often required for older properties or before major renovations.
Drone Surveys
Capture high-resolution aerial images and data to assess roofs, chimneys, and hard-to-reach areas—ideal for planning, inspections, and condition monitoring.
